Initially, I try to expose a site’s inherent opportunities and constraints by integrating an in depth
site analysis with my client’s program (vision and budget). The resulting design, synthesized from
this thorough process, reveals solutions that are distinctive to both the site’s and the client's needs.
Close collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and artisans is fundamental to
the success of each project.
Landscape Conceptual Design - Synthesis of a client's program and site inventory will generate
appropriate site development design schematics.
Landscape Construction Design- The conceptual design evolves next into construction documentation
for pricing, permitting and implementation purposes. Potential documents include: grading, drainage,
layout, lighting, irrigation, planting and construction detailing with specifications.
Landscape Construction Observation- On-site monitoring of the construction process ensures that
the final implemented product follows the landscape architect's design intent.
